4. Grilled hassun platter: teriyaki yellowtail and daikon steak, grilled black pork belly marinated in miso, sweet potato sticks, sudachi citrus

5. Fried food: Kaiho cream croquette (with sea urchin, scallop, and snow crab), shrimp and taro croquette (2 kinds)

6. Meal: Rice cooked with mushrooms and miso soup
